Fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

If a participant withdraws before the start date, only 50% of the paid fee may be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.

A minimum of 75% attendance is required to receive a certificate.

Repeated lateness or absence may affect eligibility for certification.

Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of course requirements (attendance, assignments, and exams if applicable).

Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect trainers, staff, and fellow learners.

Any misconduct may result in suspension without refund.

All training materials, course content, and resources provided are the property of MediLearn Tech Skills Training Center.

Copying, sharing, or reproducing course material without permission is prohibited.

MediLearn is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during training.

Learners are responsible for their own devices and belongings.

MediLearn reserves the right to reschedule classes, update course content, or change instructors when necessary.
